I have been involved in sports and fitness my whole life from volleyball and ballet to powerlifting and boxing. After years of dealing with several injuries, conquering my mind and my body has been my biggest achievement. Also, teaching my clients how to understand their own bodies' abilities and how to recognize the right and wrong decisions when it comes to training and recovery.
